Wedding Day Coordination

Designed for those clients who have completed the planning process, yet desire assistance and coordination during the

wedding day and often during the rehearsal as well.  Our consultant will be involved prior to this period on a limited basis,

primarily to obtain the necessary information to make the day flow smoothly.  We will help with the preparation of the wedding

day time-line.  This will ensure that your consultant can be the primary point of contact during the rehearsal and wedding day

so that the couple can enjoy themselves without constant interruptions.

We will liaise with suppliers and members of the bridal party before the big day so that everyone is aware of their roles, where

they need to be and when.

On the day of the wedding our consultants will be at the venues (dressed accordingly) to ensure the vendors set the scene

according to your wishes, and liaise with suppliers such as hair and make-up, photographer, transport and caterers to head off

any potential mishaps before they happen, allowing you to relax and enjoy the most important day of your lives without any

worries.
